Cornuda Social Support Project Promotes Inclusion and Community Care
Agreement in Cornuda
On June 9, 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to formalize a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Participants included local political and social forces, such as the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
The project, which will last two years, primarily seeks to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total funding allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
