A 27-year-old man was stopped by the police in Desenzano on July 24, 2025, while wandering with a 34-centimeter axe hidden in his backpack. Officers, suspicious of his behavior near the train station, stopped him for a check. During the search, in addition to the weapon, approximately 100 grams of marijuana were found, leading to the young man’s charges for carrying offensive weapons and for possession of narcotic substances.
Due to his conduct being deemed highly dangerous, the Chief of Police of the Province of Brescia issued a mandatory expulsion order, prohibiting the young man from returning to the municipality of Desenzano del Garda for the next four years. In the event of a violation of this order, the 27-year-old faces a penalty of up to a year and a half in prison and a fine that could reach up to 10,000 euros.
