Desenzano Approves New Industrial Zone Developments

Desenzano’s municipal government has approved a preliminary plan for a commercial and artisanal development project called Aut-13B, located between Via Mantova and Via Colombare near the Cameo bridge. Proposed by Giglioli Costruzioni, the project involves constructing a 5-meter-high building with four units covering approximately 1,805 square meters, alongside 1,317 square meters of private parking and 1,100 square meters of public parking.

The project includes a public green area of 766 square meters and infrastructure investments totaling around €355,000, such as utilities, street lighting, signage, and pedestrian pathways. The development adheres to local zoning regulations, occupying a total area of 5,401 square meters, and is currently in the initial approval stage, not requiring municipal council approval.
