The Municipality of Desenzano has initiated the process for the third phase of the urban redevelopment of the new lakeside promenade, following the completion of the second phase before the summer. The executive project includes the construction of the final stretch, which will extend approximately 200 meters between via Gramsci and vicolo delle Lavandaie, with a consistent width of 9 meters. This intervention aims to connect the historic center to the Desenzanino beach, creating a modern and sustainable walkway. The works are scheduled for autumn and will incorporate eco-friendly materials and green areas.
Mayor Guido Malinverno emphasized the importance of this project, which is the result of teamwork between local and regional authorities. Public Works Councillor Giovanni Maiolo added that the project represents a significant investment in urban quality, aimed at improving sustainable mobility and enhancing one of the most picturesque sections of the lakeside promenade. The new pathway will also be accessible to individuals with disabilities, adhering to current regulations regarding inclusion and safety.
