On Sunday, December 1st, the **Edmund Mach Foundation** in **San Michele all’Adige** will open its doors to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM for an event celebrating its 150th anniversary. The inauguration will take place at 11:30 AM at the Research and Knowledge Palace, where visitors will have the opportunity to participate in guided tours, workshops, and meetings with researchers. The event is free of charge and also offers the chance to explore various areas of the foundation, including educational greenhouses and a teaching winery.
Throughout the day, there will be scientific deep dives with “science snippets” on current topics such as digital agriculture and healthy eating. Family-friendly activities, educational stands, and guided tastings of PIWI wines will also be available. Additionally, there will be a dedicated area for animals in collaboration with the provincial breeders’ federation of Trento. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, providing a unique opportunity to learn more about the research and innovations of the Mach Foundation.
