A tragic fatal accident has struck Bedizzole, resulting in the death of Rufi Sejdija, a 19-year-old young man originally from Macedonia and residing in Padenghe. The incident occurred on the evening of July 10, 2025, when the young man’s motorcycle grazed a car making a left turn, leading to a fatal crash against a tree. According to initial reports, the driver, a man in his sixties, was traveling along Via XX Settembre and executed a maneuver that caught Rufi off guard as he attempted to overtake.
Despite the prompt intervention of emergency services, including an ambulance and a medical car, there was nothing that could be done for the young man; resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful, and Rufi was pronounced dead at the scene. The traffic police have launched an investigation to ascertain the dynamics of the accident, while local authorities temporarily closed the road to facilitate the investigation and manage traffic in the area.
