Fire in San Felice: apartment uninhabitable after Firefighters’ intervention
A fire broke out late this morning on Giorgio La Pira Street in San Felice, affecting an apartment in a residential area near the center. The owner raised the alarm, indicating that the blaze might have been caused by a short circuit related to an electric motor of an outdoor awning. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries, but the damages are significant, and the apartment has been declared temporarily uninhabitable. The Salò Fire Brigade arrived promptly on the scene to extinguish the flames, assisted by the carabinieri and an ambulance from Anc Valle del Chiese. The homeowner was examined at the site of the fire but did not require hospitalization. Efforts to secure the area and assess the damages are currently ongoing. Italian Version
