The Fraglia Vela Riva, one of the most active sailing clubs in the competitive scene, has renewed its partnership with Suzuki, a leader in the production of outboard motors. This agreement was formalized during a recent conference, where the shared values between the two entities were highlighted, particularly their commitment to environmental sustainability. Fraglia Vela Riva will use Suzuki outboards to equip the inflatables in its fleet, contributing to an initiative that also includes educational activities aimed at raising awareness among young people about ecological issues and the importance of preserving the lake ecosystem.
The president of Fraglia Vela Riva, Andrea Camin, emphasized that the reliability of the equipment is essential for the club’s daily operations, which logs over 6,000 hours of activity annually. The selected outboards not only ensure high performance but are also designed to reduce fuel consumption and harmful emissions through innovative technologies such as the #lavalacqua system and #consumameno. Paolo Ilariuzzi, Director of the Motorcycle and Marine Division at Suzuki, expressed satisfaction with this collaboration that promotes sustainable and environmentally friendly projects.
