Garda Community Unveils “Itinerari del Gusto” Focused on Lake Garda’s Food Products

The Garda Community will present to the press tomorrow at 6:30 PM in Cascina Spia d’Italia the monographic publication «Itinerari del gusto», which is part of the Garda Pocket series.
This publication aims to highlight the characteristics and qualities of the agri-food products of the Lake Garda shoreline and its inland areas, which are divided by production zones.
«Itinerari del gusto» also features traditional recipes and provides contact details of the production consortia.
The introductory speech will be given by Angelo Peretti.
