Today, Monday the 21st, in the heart of the Park, the official cancellation of a commemorative stamp celebrating the 50th anniversary of Gardaland Resort took place. This initiative was conceived by the students of the “Enrico Fermi” Comprehensive Institute in Romano di Lombardia. The stamp, issued by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy as part of the series “The Excellence of the Productive System and Made in Italy,” marks a significant milestone for the amusement park. During the ceremony, Undersecretary Fausta Bergamotto highlighted Gardaland’s strategic role as an ambassador for Made in Italy, emphasizing the synergy between institutions and businesses.
The stamp, available at post offices and on Gardaland’s e-shop, not only celebrates the iconic park but also reflects the commitment of the young people involved in the project. The students actively worked for four months, creating sketches that were presented to the Commission for the Study of Postal Value Papers. The final version features iconic symbols such as the Prezzemolo Tree and the commemorative logo with the dates 1975-2025. With this initiative, Gardaland not only celebrates its anniversary but also promotes the creativity and skills of the new generations within the Italian cultural heritage.
