On May 3, 2025, in Gardone Riviera, the inauguration of a new space at the Vittoriale degli Italiani will take place, with the presence of the Minister of Culture, Alessandro Giuli. This event marks the fiftieth anniversary of the Prioria’s opening to the public and will feature the presentation of the hologram of Gabriele d’Annunzio, which will interact with visitors through advanced artificial intelligence and augmented reality technologies. In addition to the hologram, virtual reality headsets will be introduced, offering an immersive experience into the poet’s life, allowing exploration of areas that are typically not accessible.
The project, named AVaDa (Digital Avatar of d’Annunzio), aims to recreate an interactive personality of the Vate, capable of responding to questions in a manner consistent with his style and psychology. This initiative is the result of multidisciplinary work that has integrated neuroscience and technology, allowing visitors to experience a unique encounter at the Vittoriale, where culture and innovation meet in an original way.
