On Sunday, May 18, the gastronomic walk “Walking with Taste” will take place in Valvestino, an event that promises to unveil the typical flavors of this small mountain municipality located in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. Reservations are open until noon on Friday, May 16, with a cost of 30 euros for adults and 15 euros for children up to 10 years old. Participants will gather between 9 and 10 AM in the village of Bollone, from where an easy 6.5 km hike suitable for everyone will begin.
Along the route, there will be four tasting points offering local specialties, including the renowned Tombea cheese. At the end of the walk, a delicious snack featuring taragna polenta and grilled sausages is planned. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to May 25. It is advisable to make reservations promptly, as the initiative sells out every year.
