One year after the assault that took place in Gavardo, the Local Police have identified the second assailant thanks to footage from the surveillance cameras installed outside the venue. The incident dates back to a year ago, when two men brutally attacked an unfortunate victim, inflicting serious injuries with kicks, punches, and even a chair, before fleeing and leaving him on the ground. Officers responded quickly following the report of the incident.
The first assailant was identified in the hours following the event, while the second had managed to escape abroad. However, investigations conducted under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office have led to his identification. A report has been filed against him for aggravated personal injury, which has been forwarded to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for subsequent legal action.
