On July 18th, the panoramic terrace of the Arzaga Golf Club will host a unique evening dedicated to the pairing of food and gin, celebrating summer with an exceptional food and wine event. The initiative, organized by “Cibo di Mezzo,” will feature a tasting of gourmet dishes accompanied by a selection of premium gins.

The event, called “Gin on the Green,” will take place in a picturesque setting overlooking the golf course, offering participants an unforgettable sensory experience. The restaurants Arzaga Bistrò, Duo, and Aroma will oversee the food stations, offering a varied and refined menu.

Among the culinary offerings, highlights include:
– Orecchiette pasta with dry-aged beef ragù
– Ribeye steak from Morenic Frisona cows, aged in butter, served with Belgian endive and béarnaise sauce
– Dry-aged sea bass with mango ceviche, chorizo, and fermented chili
– Creamed tench fritter with Sicilian caponata and balsamic mayo
– Stuffed tomato with olive crumble, confit tomatoes, tomato reduction, basil and olive oil gelato, and caper powder
– Sesame and tamarind eggplant

In addition, a summer risotto prepared continuously by the kitchen will be available for all guests. The evening will conclude with sweet cannoncini pastries by chef Serge.

Participants will have the opportunity to taste different types of gin, including Piero Dry Gin, Gin del Baffo, OdeV, and Arzaga Gin by Tiz.

The event entrance will open at 7:30 PM. The ticket price is set at 65 euros and includes a choice of four dishes from the menu, continuous summer risotto, dessert by Serge, four gin pairings, water, and coffee. It is advisable to book in advance to secure a spot at the event.

For those who prefer not to consume gin or are teetotalers, a “no-gin ticket” is available, which still allows access to the terrace to enjoy the convivial atmosphere. In this case, alternative beverages can be purchased at the Arzaga Bistrò bar.
