An important event will take place on Sunday, September 7 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in San Felice del Benaco, in celebration of the Jubilee of Life. The day will begin at 10:00 AM with a mass for life, during which attendees will have the opportunity to receive a plenary indulgence. Following the celebration, Marina Dainese, a volunteer from the CAV of Giussano, will share her testimony. In the afternoon, starting at 2:00 PM, there will be a roundtable discussion titled “Life: A Hope That Does Not Disappoint,” moderated by Elisabetta Pittino and featuring experts such as Professor Giorgio Ricci and Professor Massimo Gandolfini.
Additionally, a photographic exhibition titled “Maternity Between Nature and Culture” will be set up in the cloister of the Shrine. This event, promoted by the Carmelite Fathers in collaboration with various local associations, aims to celebrate life through a fruitful networking effort among the different entities present in the area. During the day, a “tree of life” will be planted as a symbol of this significant jubilee moment. Participation is free, while a lunch featuring Brescia-style spit-roasted meat will be available by reservation.
