In Salò, the Gardesana road will reopen tomorrow afternoon after being closed for several days due to a landslide. The announcement was made today, June 27, 2024, by Mayor Francesco Cagnini and Anas at the end of a meeting at the construction site located in the affected section. The road had been closed since 8 p.m. last Sunday following a landslide caused by heavy rains.
The road section between Via Seminario and the intersection with the road to the Renzano district will be passable again in both directions starting from 6 p.m. on June 28. The mayor expressed gratitude to all the technicians from Anas, the company in charge of the works, the municipal technical office, and the local police for their constant commitment during the restoration operations.
