Lazise celebrates the XXV April, National Liberation Day, with a series of events organized by the municipal administration and the Lazise Colà Pacengo section of the National Association of Fighters and Veterans, along with all the Armed Forces and Civil Protection Associations.
The program includes an official ceremony that will take place in Lazise. The gathering is scheduled for 10:45 am in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, followed by a parade through the streets of the town accompanied by the Sona Band. At 11:30 am, the flag will be raised at the harbor pole, and at 11:40 am, the ceremony will take place at the monument honoring the fallen, followed by a commemoration and a speech by the Mayor. At 12:00 pm, there will be musical entertainment in front of the Town Hall.
In Colà and Pacengo, simple ceremonies will be held at their respective monuments, with the flag raising and the laying of a laurel wreath at 10:00 am.
On the occasion of Liberation Day, the invitation is extended to the public to participate in the commemorative ceremony. Furthermore, everyone is encouraged to display the Tricolor flag at their homes to celebrate this important occasion.
