Lazise ranks sixth in the “Il Borgo dei Borghi 2025” competition. In the final broadcast on Rai 3 on Sunday, April 20, the Veneto municipality participated in this prestigious contest celebrating the beauties of Italy, placing among the top ten. The competition featured twenty villages, with online public voting open from March 23 to April 6, alongside a technical evaluation by an expert jury consisting of Alberta Campitelli, Barbara Gallavotti, and Jacopo Veneziani.
During the episode, some of the wonders of the Benaco territory were showcased, including the Sigurtà Garden Park and the Vittoriale degli Italiani. The winner of the competition was Militello in Val di Catania, while Lazise received significant recognition for its unique charm. The announcement took place at the Scaligero Castle in Sirmione, hosted by Camila Raznovich.
