Local Collaboration Launches €100K Support Project for Vulnerable Citizens
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the target groups. Additionally, social transports and institutions, listening and gathering centers, will be enhanced.
