The L’Officina del Vittoriale Award has been inaugurated, an initiative aimed at recognizing those who, with dedication and passion, contribute to our cultural heritage through significant studies. The award ceremony took place this afternoon, April 5th, at the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera, where diplomat and writer Maurizio Serra was honored for his work “L’Imaginifico. Vita di Gabriele d’Annunzio,” a book that has achieved notable success, including the Prix Chateaubriand in 2018 for its French edition.
The president of the Vittoriale, Giordano Bruno Guerri, emphasized the importance of this award not only as a celebration of culture but also as a tribute to those who tirelessly work in the field of literature, in line with Gabriele d’Annunzio’s vision. With this initiative, the Vittoriale aims to highlight figures who enrich the Italian and international cultural landscape.
