In Riva del Garda, it has been decided to extend the collaboration between the Multizonal Operational Unit of Trentino Emergenza and the volunteer Firefighters until September. Starting in June, an MSA ambulance, an advanced rescue vehicle equipped with a specialized nurse, has been stationed at the Firefighters’ headquarters on Viale Rovereto, supporting the staff already present at the Arco hospital. This measure aims to ensure a more effective response to medical emergencies during the peak tourist season, with two vehicles available on weekends.
Commander Marco Menegatti emphasized that this synergy between the Firefighters and Trentino Emergenza is crucial for addressing various critical situations, from road emergencies to fires. In addition to providing support during emergency operations, Trentino Emergenza staff also engage in joint training with the volunteer firefighters, thereby further enhancing the preparedness and efficiency of emergency services in the area.
