MOVE and Ocean Viaggi have officially announced their merger, a strategic move aimed at strengthening the presence of both travel agencies in the Lake Garda area. The agreement was recently signed and will lead to the creation of new offerings for personalized travel experiences, as stated by Leonardo Rosatelli, Commercial Director of MOVE. The merger will also allow for new developments to be presented to clients in anticipation of the summer season, with the intent to further enhance the tourism offering.
Eliseo Capretti, founder of Ocean Viaggi, emphasized the importance of combining the expertise of both entities, which have been active in the sector for decades. With 10 agencies located between Lake Garda and the province of Brescia for Ocean Viaggi, and 8 agencies plus 4 travel ambassadors for MOVE, the new entity will have over 70 collaborators and an estimated combined revenue of around 21 million euros. Capretti will join the new board of directors in an operational role, ensuring continuity in the quality of services provided.
