A laboratory in Montichiari, specialized in the production of sweets, has been partially shut down in recent hours due to violations of hygienic and health regulations. The operation was initiated after the Traffic Police stopped a truck transporting generic goods at the Lograto Nord service area along the A21 motorway. During the inspection, officers discovered food products, including some fresh items, stored improperly, leading to the seizure of the entire cargo.
Subsequently, technicians from the health authority conducted a thorough inspection of the laboratory, finding that the products were not stored in accordance with current regulations. This situation raised concerns regarding food safety and public health, highlighting the need for stringent controls in the sector.
