Lonato del Garda is preparing to celebrate Earth Day with the fourth “The Importance of Trees” Photography Contest. This year, the focus is on the crucial role that trees play in cities as a tool to combat climate change, lower temperatures, absorb CO2, and improve the comfort of citizens.
The theme of this year’s photographs will therefore be the trees that adorn our city. Photos can be taken with any device and must be sent to the email address ecologia2@comune.lonato.bs.it by May 5th. Each photo must include the last name/first name and email of the author.
A jury of industry professionals will examine all the received photographs and select the three winners. The lucky winners will receive a recognition parchment and have their works published on the official Facebook page of the Municipality of Lonato del Garda.
