The nightclub Just Me Garda Lake has won a legal victory that allows it to reopen after being shut down by the police following a shooting incident on November 9. During the incident, several gunshots were fired at the venue, but fortunately, there were no injuries. The Administrative Court of Brescia accepted the appeal from the management and suspended the closure order with a decree issued on November 20. The establishment, which had only opened two weeks prior and is located in the former Sesto Senso space, will reopen its doors on November 29 with a special event called the Dom Perignon Party. The owners have expressed their commitment to ensuring the highest level of safety for their customers and have requested a meeting with the police to coordinate security measures aimed at preventing future incidents that could jeopardize the atmosphere of enjoyment.
