From April 29 to May 11, the civic gallery “Giuseppe Craffonara” in Riva del Garda will host a selection of the most stunning photographs from the Trofeo Cristo Silente, an annual underwater photography competition that has been held since 2008. This event serves as a qualifying round for the Italian Championship organized by Fipsas (Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities) and celebrates its sixteenth edition this year, featuring some of the best photographers from northern Italy. Participants can submit three photographs each, categorized into fish, macro, and wide-angle, using DSLRs, compact cameras, smartphones, and action cameras.
The exhibition will showcase a total of 26 works and will be open daily from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4 PM to 7 PM with free admission. The inauguration will take place on April 29 at 6 PM, accompanied by a reception for participants and enthusiasts of underwater photography.
