At the 49th edition of Hospitality – The Salon of Welcoming, which will take place in Riva del Garda from February 3 to 6, Apt Garda Dolomiti will present the Oil Card, an initiative aimed at promoting the extra virgin olive oil from Trentino Garda in the restaurant industry. The presentation will occur on Tuesday, February 4, at 5:00 PM during a roundtable at the theatre in Pavilion D, moderated by Alex Colò, and will feature key figures such as President Silvio Rigatti and other experts from the food and wine sector.
The meeting will provide insights on how to recognize quality oil, serving methods, and food pairings. Following this, the event Hospitality Beats will take place, featuring a tasting of local oils accompanied by finger food. From 7:00 PM, the celebration will continue with music and an exclusive DJ set. Access is limited to 120 people and requires prior reservation on the dedicated website.
