A road accident occurred in Lonato on the afternoon of Thursday, April 10, when a 22-year-old woman lost control of her Toyota Yaris and crashed into an external wall on Via Montebello. The incident took place just before 3 PM and did not involve any other vehicles, attracting the attention of local residents who came out to see what had happened. The young woman, originally from Prevalle, sustained minor injuries and was assisted by an ambulance from the Calcinato Public Rescue Service.
She was transported to Desenzano Hospital in yellow code, while the Castiglione Fire Brigade also arrived at the scene to manage the situation and ensure the safety of the area. The causes of the accident are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
