Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Water Sports and Marine Education

The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students who attend activities in water sports, sailing, and swimming. The facilities include a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The center collaborates with numerous sporting and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to encourage environmental education.
