Salò is gearing up for a vibrant August filled with musical events, part of the traditional Musical Summer of Garda, featuring a series of engagements that promise to entertain both residents and tourists. Among the highlights is the 66th edition of the Musical Summer of Garda, which kicks off on Saturday, August 2nd at 9:30 PM with Yuki Serino on violin and the Euthaleia Orchestra, conducted by Sebastiano De Salvo, performing works by Mendelssohn and Janáček in Piazza Duomo. On Monday, August 4th, the Loggiato della Magnifica Patria will host a literary aperitif with Valerio Perla.
The program continues with various concerts, including the City Band Concert on Wednesday, August 6th, and the event “Contemporary Tango” on Thursday, August 7th. The highlight of the month will be the fireworks over the bay on August 30th, accompanied by live music. Other events include musical evenings organized by the Salò Promotion Association and outdoor film screenings in the Carlo Canipari park. These events not only celebrate musical culture but also enrich the summer atmosphere in this lakeside town.
