The **Falkensteiner Park Resort Lake Garda** will feature the construction of a 5-star hotel and 170 high-end apartments, set within a botanical park designed by architects Matteo Thun and Joao Nunes. During the ceremony, the regional Tourism Councillor, Barbara Mazzali, emphasized the significance of the initiative for the revitalization of the area, highlighting how the project represents a positive signal for private investments in the region.
The development of the resort will take place in two phases: the first phase is set to be completed by 2025 and will include the hotel and 96 “Premium Living” apartments, while the second phase will see the construction of an additional 74 apartments by 2027. Mazzali stated that this initiative will not only position Salò as a new benchmark in luxury tourism but will also enhance Lombardy’s attractiveness in the international market.
