Crowd in the historic center for Salò Golosa. “Salò Golosa,” the food and wine event, was a great success, attracting numerous visitors to the heart of the city and celebrating the flavors of the region. Dozens of restaurants, bars, and pastry shops actively participated, showcasing traditional dishes such as coregone and cedar tartare, Groppello risotto with lucanica, as well as trout ravioli and Brescia-style capù. Andrea Maggioni, president of the local merchants, emphasized how this event marks an important return after more than ten years. Participants had the opportunity to explore local gastronomy through the “passport of good taste,” contributing to a festive and engaging atmosphere.
