The school camp in Pozzolengo has officially begun, involving 28 boys and girls aged between 10 and 13 years, as well as 7 cadets aged between 14 and 17 years. The initiative takes place at the educational center on Via Longarone and features a rich program of activities thanks to the collaboration of various institutional entities, including the Firefighters, the Carabinieri Corps, the 6th Wing of the Italian Air Force in Ghedi, the Red Cross, and several groups from the provinces of Brescia and Mantova.
The mayor of Pozzolengo, Alex Franzoni, emphasized that participants will experience authentic civil protection, sleeping in tents and engaging in various practical activities with rescue equipment. The commander of the Local Police, Massimo de’ Casamassimi, highlighted the importance of the event in instilling civic values in young people, while the local group coordinator, Stefano Delai, will continue to serve as Camp Leader for this edition as well.
