The restaurant L’Orangerie, located within the prestigious Grand Hotel Terme, welcomes the new chef Roberto Stefani, a Brescia native born in 1982 with a solid career behind him. His appointment marks an important step in the evolution of the hotel’s haute cuisine, where Stefani aims to present dishes that celebrate flavor and wellness, in line with the philosophy of Terme di Sirmione. With significant experience under the guidance of masters such as Antonio Guida and Gualtiero Marchesi, Stefani focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating preparations that are simple yet refined.
In his new menu, the chef offers a variety of dishes that highlight the region’s finest products, such as lobster risotto and sea bass in an herb crust. Each proposal is designed to surprise guests through the harmony of flavors and the lightness of the preparations. The historic setting of the restaurant not only enriches the dining experience but also provides a charming view of the lake, making each meal a unique moment in the heart of the Catullian peninsula.
