A 28-year-old Albanian man remains in custody following the validation of his arrest by the investigating judge, after being accused of sexual assault on a 20-year-old woman from Brescia. The incident occurred in Toscolano, at the man’s residence, in the early hours of Sunday. The evening had started with the consumption of alcohol and drugs with another couple. According to the reconstruction of events, the young woman lost consciousness after drinking another liquor offered by the accused.
Upon awakening, the girl realized the ongoing abuse and, managing to free herself, fled to the street seeking help. Her screams caught the attention of a passerby who allowed the young woman to call the police. The Albanian man attempted to escape but was later tracked down and arrested by the authorities.
