On Thursday, the 20th at **6:30 PM**, Toscolano Maderno will host a significant cultural event titled “I care,” organized by the local Anpi section at Al Folle, located at via Roma 4. The evening will begin with the presentation of the book “Gli ebrei e ’l Colonel” by Bruno Festa, which tells the story of a Jewish family that escaped deportation during World War II, shedding light on a little-known chapter of local history. This work was made possible thanks to the contributions of Tullio Righettini and Remo Franzoni, who helped bring this important narrative to light. Following the presentation, attendees will enjoy a live musical performance by Marco Dieci, a renowned guitarist and singer-songwriter, who has previously collaborated with Pierangelo Bertoli. His repertoire will focus on songs of resistance and freedom, making the event not only a moment of remembrance but also a celebration of fundamental human values.
