The incident occurred this morning when a truck became stranded inside a tunnel, leading to long queues in both directions. While the situation is slowly improving towards Riva del Garda, traffic remains critical in the direction of Salò.
The local police of Gargnano promptly intervened to manage the situation and imposed a ban on heavy vehicles until the traffic conditions are restored. Operators are working to resolve the emergency and allow for the resumption of normal circulation in the area.
