On the weekend of May 13 and 14, Gargnano will host the second leg of the Turbo Cup, part of the Italian Sailing Championship. The Circolo Vela Gargnano, renowned for its historical significance in national sailing, will welcome 20 Ufo22 crews, including several newcomers. The crew to beat is Pura Vida, led by Parisi and his team, who have dominated the class for the past three years. The main challengers, La Dolce Vita and Lulú, will seek to replicate the success they achieved in the first leg on Lake Iseo.
The event is not limited to the races alone: on Saturday evening, there will be an apericena with music featuring special guest Anna Rizzi, entrepreneur and sponsor of the class. Following this leg in Gargnano, the Turbo Cup will continue with the third leg in Riva in June and culminate with the European Championship in Torbole in July, finally concluding in Lovere in September for the last leg of the Italian Championship.
