Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Marine Education and Activities

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located along the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its premises host many students attending swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. There are also cultural meetings and conferences focused on marine conservation.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youths and to foster environmental education.
