Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Marine Education and Activities

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its headquarters host many students who participate in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students take part in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. There are also cultural meetings and conferences focused on marine conservation.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and to support environmental education.
