Cornuda Hosts Social Inclusion Project Launch with Community Support

On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Participating in the event were several representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will span two years, aims particularly to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total funds allocated for the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers established.
