On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various voluntary organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last for two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
