Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training, and socialization courses for the weakest groups. Additionally, social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
