Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Launches with €100K Funding

On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives from the neighborhood association, and various volunteering organizations.

The project, which will have a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker categories. Additionally, social transportation, institutions, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
