Local Authorities and Volunteers Launch Social Inclusion Project in Cornuda
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the socially more vulnerable.
Several representatives from local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, lasting two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
