Cornuda Social Support Project Launched in 1996 with Community Role

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially disadvantaged individuals.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European community funds.
