A bicycle accident involving a 7-year-old girl occurred in Cavriana on Sunday, May 11. The young girl, after participating in a youth mountain bike race, fell violently, hitting her face on the ground in the San Sebastiano area. The emergency call was made around 1 PM, requesting immediate assistance.
At the scene of the accident, an ambulance, a medical car, and the air ambulance arrived, having taken off from Brescia to ensure urgent transport to the Papa Giovanni Hospital in Bergamo. The girl arrived at the hospital shortly after 2:30 PM with a yellow code due to facial trauma. The Carabinieri from Castiglione delle Stiviere were alerted to carry out the necessary investigations.
