Cornuda Community Project Enhances Support for Vulnerable Residents
On the day at the end of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which lasts two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the realization of the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Additionally, social transports, services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
