Cornuda Social Inclusion Initiative Launched with €100K Support
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention took place at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the’ initiative, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which is set to last two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

Activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for vulnerable groups.
Additionally, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
