Cornuda Social Inclusion Project Initiated by Local Authorities and Volunteers
Start of the agreement and participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social groups participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker categories.
Additionally, transportation services, social services, listening centers, and community gathering spaces will be enhanced.
